Derek Poole - Chairman, CHC Group Ltd
Derek joined CHC in 1969 and since then the business has become a key player in the market place, carrying out diverse operations in building services, property development, stainless steel kitchens & fabrications, manufacture of cold rooms, facilities management and specialist drainage services. Derek maintains a constant presence throughout the group, guiding and nurturing each company to achieve its full potential.
Keith Poole - Joint Managing Director & Contracts Director, CHC Group Ltd
Keith, joined the group in 1995 with a HNC in Building Services Engineering and worked in the Estimating and Design Office. With further studies he has acquired Diploma's (CED) in Building Services Engineering and Management Practices. Keith is the Director tending to the business interests of CHC FM Ltd and CHC FM Ireland Ltd in the Dublin Office.
Andrew Beattie - Joint Managing Director & Company Secretary, CHC Group Ltd
Andrew our Joint Managing Director joined the company in 1994 and trained as an Accounts Administrator. Following the retirement of Derek, as Managing Director in August 07, Andrew now acts as Joint Managing Director and together design, develop and implement the strategic plans for the company in the most cost effective and time efficient manner.
Ronnie McReynolds - Technical Director, CHC Group Ltd
Ronnie's appointment to the role of Technical Director in 2004 came after 28 years of loyalty and commitment to the company. He now heads the Estimating Department and acts as Contracts Director on a share of the current work load. He has also been heavily involved in new contract procurement initiatives with Government Departments.
Richard Beattie - Operations Director, CHC Group Ltd
Richard joined the company in 1995 and is the youngest son of retired director and co-founder Brian. Richard is now Operations Director and currently heads our Maintenance Contracts (MTC) (PPM) Departments. He is also the Health and Safety Director and maintains our ongoing Safe T Cert 3rd party accreditation.
Dale Poole - Operations Director, CHC Group Ltd
Dale joined the company in 2003. Is the youngest son of co-founder Derek. Dale is now Operations Director who looks after our rapidly expanding Reactive Maintenance Department and also heads our Sustainable Energy / Environmental initiative, in which we have attained BS 8555 accreditation, and are striving towards our goal of ISO14001.
Anita Poole - Business Development Manager
Joined CHC / F3 in 2005 to grow and develop all areas of the business. This position is shared amongst all Companies under the CHC umbrella, i.e. CHC Group Ltd, F3 Engineering and Drain Doctor. Anita has a varied background in Customer Service and Sales and looks after all the marketing and sales for the three Companies.
Alan Boal - Operations Director, F3 Engineering
Alan has overall operational responsibility for the Food Engineering, Ventilation and Maintenance divisions of F3 Engineering. For 22 years previous to this role he worked in the Building Services Industry specialising in Ventilation and Air Conditioning Design and Contracts and had 8 years managerial experience in both workshop and site based organisations.
