£950,000 Mechanical Contract Value

The complete mechanical services, comprising of heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning and gas was supplied, installed and commissioned by CHC Group Ltd.

There was a particularly tight completion programme for both Balmoral and Wellington projects and at peak times there were up to 40 operatives on each site working 7 days per week throughout the contract to complete the work.

The projects are the first new schools in the province to be fuelled by Natural Gas and Phoenix were involved in enabling gas supplies to each school, on time, for commissioning. The science classrooms have also made history insofar as their Bunsen burners associated gas equipment have natural gas supplies.
