Brentford Lock Project
28/09/2016CHC Group Ltd are proud to have been recently named as Mechanical Contractors on Phase 2 of the Brentford Lock project.
Photo Source: www.burofour.com The Brentford Lock project consists of the construction of 157nr unit residential scheme across two blocks (Block E & F).
Working in partnership with the main contractors McAleer-Rushe, CHC are responsible for all mechanical, plumbing, safety systems, BMS & controls and associated works. All installations are required to provide complete and fully operational building services systems including the heating and ventilation, hot and cold water, sanitary plumbing, rainwater disposal, billing infrastructure for heating and smoke environmental ventilation systems.
CHC works are due to start works over the coming weeks with expected completion of the overall project works in July 2018.
CHC are delighted to be named mechanical contractors on this prestigious project, continuing our successful relationship with McAleer-Rushe throughout.
