CHC were appointed to undertake upgrade works within Lesley Exchange, a 16,000sqm, 4 storey occupied office block in Belfast City Centre.
A detailed works programme was followed and involved:
A phased strip out and upgrade of mechanical services
Installation of natural gas services
Installation of new ductwork and air-conditioning system
New BMS control system
Low Pressure Hot Water system
New DDA compliant washrooms.
The success of this project arose from the implementation of a detailed disruption management plan was implemented by CHC to control the noise levels and dust during operational hours. System changeovers were scheduled for the weekend to minimise health and safety risk and inconvenience.
