CHC Group was appointed as Main Contractor to undertake a heating upgrade at The Institute of Electronics, Communications and Information Technology (ECIT); a three storey research centre part of Queen's University, Belfast.

The project involved working in an occupied office space, where works were carefully planned in order to minimise any disruption to business activity.

The scope of works included the installation of LPHW Heat Source, Natural Gas, Automatic Controls, Electrical Services and associated Builders Works.

All works were completed on time and on budget.
