Details:
CHC was appointed as Lead Contractor, works incl. removal & replacement of rooftop plant room boilers & supply of replacement ventilation system to Block 7 & Block 9.
The blocks formed part of the main student mall & though fare area, therefore a detailed works programme was in place. All new plant and materials had to be safely craned onto the building roof & then carefully transferred into position to complete the works.
Works were successfully completed on time and budget.
