M&E Office Refurbishment at Probation Board NI

Details:

CHC successfully completed extensive mechanical and electrical installations as part of the refurbishment of the PBNI offices in Portadown.

Work included:

• Isolation strip out of Ground Floor Services
• Installation of two new air-conditioning units connecting to external cassettes
• New pipework and low level radiators connecting to existing shared boiler house
• Installation of new kitchen
• Installation of new DDA compliant bathrooms.

CHC worked in close partnership with PBNI and the other offices which occupied the four storey building in order to carefully construct a detailed health and safety plan which was essential for the protection and welfare of the building users.
